ABOUT THE FOUNDERSonja Duddleston is an interior designer known for a concept driven and guest-centric approach to design that blends strategy and storytelling. With over 15 years of experience in New York’s hospitality scene across food & beverage, retail, workplace, and community-driven projects, she brings a deep understanding of how people interact within and emotionally connect to space. 

Her background spans NYC design firms including Rockwell Group’s LAB Studio, AvroKO-Brand Bureau, Creme Design, and Gensler, where she honed a research-driven, interdisciplinary and collaborative approach that integrates insights from trend research, psychology, and behavioral analysis.

Growing up in Stockholm and educated at the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program, her work is shaped by Nordic principles of functionality, warmth, craftsmanship, and light, paired with an emphasis on accessible and empathetic design.
